Following Atlantic Grupa's capital increase in July 2010, Emil Tedeschi remained the majority owner in the company, whereby the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development entered the ownership structure. Simultaneously, the German development bank DEG increased its ownership stake. In 2006, the Management Board members gained right to buy the company's shares acting as supplement motivation and with purpose to additionally align with the company's business development. Following Emil Tedeschi, EBRD, DEG, Raiffeisen Obligatory Pension Fund and Lada Tedeschi Fiorio as the top five shareholders, around 20% of shares is free float on the ZSE.
