Following Atlantic Grupa's capital increase in July 2010, Emil Tedeschi remained the majority owner in the company, whereby the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development entered the ownership structure as the second largest shareholder. Simultaneously, the German development bank DEG increased its ownership stake and became the third largest shareholder. In 2006, the Management Board members gained right to buy the company's shares acting as supplement motivation and with purpose to additionally align with the company's business development. Following Raiffeisen Obligatory Pension Fund and Lada Tedeschi Fiorio as the forth and the fifth largest individual shareholders, around 20% of shares is free float on the ZSE.
