The majority share package of Atlantic Grupa is owned by Emil Tedeschi while the second largest shareholder is Lada Tedeschi Fiorio. With the recapitalisation contract in 2006, a portion of the ownership capital of the company was acquired by DEG, one of the largest European developmental financial institutions. For the purpose of additional stimulation and closer integration with the development of Atlantic Grupa, in 2006 members of the Management Board were allowed to purchase the company’s shares. Following the recapitalisation and public offer of Atlantic Grupa’s shares, about a third of the total number of shares is currently in circulation on the free market of the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
