 Atlantic Grupa strives for excellence in every business segment. In accordance with that, special concern is dedicated to its employees. In order to fully achieve this, the Department of Human Resources is organised as the divisional support function whose role is realised through three key business support levels – provision of services, functional expertise and business cooperation and through three principal fields of operation: employment management, performance and reward management and career development management.


Each of the fields listed consists of a number of different activities and specific tasks based on knowledge, expertise and best practice.
We continuously monitor the labour market and have developed an excellent cooperation with state and private institutions, agencies as well as domestic and foreign universities. We offer students the opportunity to participate in professional trainee, business case development and volunteering programmes.
Each year we participate in career days and are opened for all forms of quality cooperation with the academic community.


We periodically carry out organisational climate and employee satisfaction surveys which provide us with clear guidelines for the improvement of existing models and systems.


All new employees participate in the company programme “Atla-nova“ whose objective is to facilitate easier employee orientation in the organisation, strengthen the sense of unity and belonging as well as to promote corporate culture, motivation and productivity.
