Atlantic Academy

The acquiring of new knowledge and professional and personal development of employees are the prerequisites and guarantee of business success.
Atlantic’s employee education model is based on the competence model divided into professional, social and business competencies.

In Atlantic Academy, competencies are defined as the acquiring, use, development and sharing of knowledge, skills and experiences.
In volatile market conditions we have to be prepared to constantly develop our competencies and likewise, since we are all part of some larger or smaller team, be prepared to share our own knowledge and experiences with others in the organisation.

The content of trainings is based on the manager’s evaluation of the employee’s current competence level in relation to the level required and those evaluations are carried out at least once a year as part of annual performance reviews.
In order to ensure adequate competence development of our employees, within Atlantic Academy we organise professional trainings and educations, enable participation in domestic and foreign business schools, professional congresses and specialisations with the assistance of domestic and foreign service providers as well as with our own resources within the framework of internal trainings based on the principle “our experts for our employees“.
