Atlantic Grupa Regional Contact Center


The new Atlantic regional contact center was activated by local marketing services and was launched this summer. It includes the markets in Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia, Macedonia and Montenegro with operators handling consumer calls and e-mails Mondays to Fridays. 


The new Atlantic regional contact center was activated by local marketing services and was launched this summer. It includes the markets in Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Serbia, Macedonia and Montenegro with operators handling consumer calls and e-mails Mondays to Fridays.
Contact center operators, aided by a very well prepared brand knowledge base, are first level communication responders for consumer inquiries, complaints and compliments, as well as for donation and sponsorship requests or improvement recommendations.
The sharepoint application logs and unifies data, processed consumer calls from all markets and generates a monthly report for all brands per individual market.
The contact center, among other things, facilitates easier marketing drives - prize games, loyalty programs, prize contests, special projects and surveys – for the Marketing Department.
