This business segment is closely related to the first and merges the distribution of own brands with the distribution of well-known international brands.
Atlantic Grupa considers the model of vertical integration of the distribution and production activities as the optimal method of business organisation and a comparative advantage. The organisational structure of Atlantic Grupa is based on a divisional principle. In order to facilitate system management, business operations are divided into four divisions - Consumer Health Care, Sports and Functional Food, Distribution and Pharma.
