 Business operations of Atlantic Grupa are organised in six strategic business units ("SBU") and four strategic distribution units ("SDU"):

The main feature of such an organisation is the linking of tasks in special business units related to individual product type, and special sales areas within which all important markets, as well as strategic sales channels, are covered. Each business unit has its own internal organisational structure, which is composed of organisational areas: business units and/or organisational units and departments, depending on its activity and the volume of business.


The following functions have been established within the Business Operations: Central purchasing, Central marketing and Corporate quality management with functional responsibilities on the Group level, in order to take advantage of all synergies within the system in a maximally comprehensive way and to guarantee efficient coordination of purchasing tasks, marketing and quality assurance as well as to implement uniform standards on the entire Group level.
