Management Board consists of 4 members; of the Management Board President and Management Board members.
The Management Board members represent the Company solely and independently, on their own responsibility.

The Company's Management Board represents the Company in legal transactions and it is appointed by the Supervisory Board for a two year term, with the possibility of reappointment.
