Nutella was created in 1964. Today, it is one of the leading Ferrero products, and approximately 200,000 tons are sold yearly throughout the world.
Ferrero Rocher was launched onto the market in 1982. Today, it is the world's leading praline in its category and accounts for about 12% of the Ferrero Group's revenue. Ferrero Rocher is made in Italy, Brazil and Germany.
Mon Cheri was Ferrero's first praline, produced in 1956. It was launched in Italy in 1961.
Kinder, Ferrero's umbrella brand, was created in the mid-1960's as a part of specific business strategy. When the "baby boom" arrived in Italy and Europe, Ferrero introduced the Kinder division (Kinder Chocolate, Kinder Surprise and Kinder Bueno), a product line created especially for children. Tic Tac has become the most popular mint candy in the world. Giving freshness in only two calories, Tic Tac quickly became a very important product of the company.
