Alessandro Gavagna - Venison pâté with pistachios
A fillet of venison, a delicacy of the continental forests, is combined with pistachios from the southern Mediterranean, the aromatic bouquet of middle eastern spices and a hint of natural Sirk wine vinegar.
Tomaž Kavčič - Salmon pâté with rosemary and anise
Salmon, a delicacy from the northern seas, aromatic rosemary with a Mediterranean character and a hint of star anise accompanied by the aroma of Middle East mystery.
