MARSHMALLOW

The leaves and roots of marshmallow and the flowers of black mallow contain mucilage that protects the infected respiratory tract mucous membranes and reduce the urge to cough. Saponins contained in liquorice root and ethereal oil of fennel fruit stimulate secretion of mucus from respiratory organs thus facilitating expectoration. Due to these properties, but also pleasant taste and aroma, marshmallow tea is successfully used for respiratory tract infections and especially for respiratory tract infections in children.

MARSHMALLOW ROOT

Marshmallow root contains a lot of mucilage (up to 35%) that provides extraordinary protection of the mucous membrane and skin. The water extract of marshmallow overlays the mucous membrane thus decreasing irritation, reducing pain and preventing infection. It is successfully applied in upper respiratory tract infections i.e. colds – especially when they are followed by coughing. It is also used for gurgling and nasal application, for pharynx infections and also for diarrhoea and digestive tract inflammations in general.

CHAMOMILE

The uses of chamomile are versatile. Thanks to its ethereal oil which contains asulene and flavonoid compounds, chamomile flower is effective against infections and cramps. It is used for fighting skin and mucous membrane infections and it is also very good for soothing pain of digestive organs. Chamomile is very important for small children as it soothes abdomen pain which is a frequent ailment for children. Chamomile is used for rinsing the oral cavity, in compresses, for treating burns, eye-socket infections, ear and nose infections. Its antiflammatory effect can also be used in baths. Both children and adults happily drink chamomile tea as medicine and, due to its pleasant smell and taste, it is also favoured as a refreshing drink.

SAGE

Since the earliest times sage has been an admired medicine of both folk and science medicine. Ethereal sage oil has an antiseptic and fungicidal effect and its tannins contract the mucous membrane. Thus sage tea is used for rinsing in oral cavity and pharynx infections. The antiseptic and astringent (constriction of the mucous membrane) properties are used for gastrointestinal problems, especially in cases of diarrhoea. Bitter substances improve appetite. Since sage prevents or reduces secretion of sweat it is very successfully applied as treatment against excessive sweating.

Naturavita UVIN H is a urological tea for reducing urinary tract discomforts. The mixture of medicinal herbs contained in this tea facilitates urine excretion, relieves discomforts during urinary tract infections and has an antiseptic effect. The bearberry leaves contain arbutine which have an antiseptic effect on the urinary tract. Other ingredients accelerate urine excretion thus allowing for better rinsing of the urinary tract.

UVIN H FILTER TEA

Naturavita UVIN H is a urological tea for reducing urinary tract discomforts, packed in filter bags with total net weight of 30 g (20 filter bags x 1.5 g) suitable for quick preparation of the tea. The mixture of medicinal herbs contained in this tea facilitates urine excretion, relieves discomforts during urinary tract infections and has an antiseptic effect. The bearberry leaves contain arbutine which have an antiseptic effect on the urinary tract. Other ingredients accelerate urine excretion thus allowing for better rinsing of the urinary tract.

UVIN INSTANT TEA
 
Uvin instant tea contains medicinal herb extracts that have a positive effect on the urinary tract and accelerates urine excretion. It is used in the form of tea for relieving discomforts in the functioning of the urinary tract. It is not recommended with simultaneous use of acid drinks (fruit juices) or vitamin C which acidify urine. Uvin instant tea is sugar-free so it may be used by diabetics. Excessive use can have a laxative effect. Recommended daily doses should not be exceeded! Preparation; 1 teaspoon of granules (approx. 5 g) is dissolved in 2 dl of hot water. The hot drink is consumed 2-3 times a day, always freshly prepared.
